2 OUR LEADERSHIP Founder & CEO GEORGE STROMPOLOS Prior to founding Fullscreen, George served as strategic partnerships manager at YouTube and was responsible for establishing distribution channels with new media companies and content producers. In 2007, George co-created the YouTube Partner Program, which provided new monetization opportunities for a new class of online content producers around the world. He also led YouTubes first multimillion- dollar programming fund and spearheaded key initiatives, including Seth MacFarlanes Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy. George began his career in various business development roles at WIRED magazine, CNET Networks, and Google. To date, George has been named one of Advertising Ages 40 under 40 in 2013 and one of The Hollywood Reporters Top 35 Executives Under Age 35 in 2008. George speaks regularly at industry events such as NATPE, Digital Hollywood, VidCon, and SXSW, to name a few. George received his Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He currently lives in Los Angeles and volunteers at Citizen Schools, where he helps junior high students express their creativity through video. 3 OUR LEADERSHIP President & Chief Operating Officer EZRA COOPERSTEIN Ezra Cooperstein is the president and COO of Fullscreen, where he is responsible for the media companys global business operations. Since November 2011, Ezra has overseen company growth from five employees to more than 250 team members focused on empowering more than 65,000 creators in the industry-leading content network. Under his direction, Fullscreen has developed powerful tools and services that optimize distribution and monetization for creators and brands, including the Creator Platform, Channel Plus, Influencer Plus, and more. Ezras career spans more than 10 years of leading business innovations in video distribution and user-generated content. Prior to Fullscreen, he was the founding CEO of Maker Studios, where he led sales and business development efforts, and helped position the company as a first mover in the YouTube network space. Previously, he served as vice president, director of innovations at Initiative, a large advertising agency subsidiary of IPG. While at Initiative, he worked with major brands such as Hyundai- KIA, Lionsgate Films, Carls Jr., and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Working for nearly five years at Al Gores Current TV, Ezra advanced from assistant to vice president, development and programming. There, he was responsible for show development and scheduling strategy and is credited as a pioneer of user-generated video programming, having led the viewer-created content (VC2) division. 4 OUR LEADERSHIP Chief Revenue Officer MIKE WANN For more than a decade, Mike has forged a proven track record of facilitating large-scale business development initiatives, focused on reaching new market segments and successfully growing new products. Mike most recently served as chief revenue officer at SpinMedia, a leading music and pop culture network that garners 350 million page views per month. At SpinMedia, Mike oversaw corporate development, yield management, and integrated marketing solutions. Previously, Mike oversaw strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities as EVP of business development at Demand Media. He spearheaded the development of the organizations monetization infrastructure for all of its owned and operated properties, as well as site-level monetization and product partnerships. Mike has also served in business development roles for Amazon.com and MSNBC.com, overseeing content partnerships, new revenue products, and distribution partnerships. 5 OUR LEADERSHIP Chief Financial Officer WHIT RICHARDS As an operations-savvy executive with more than 14 years in domestic and international digital media, Whit has significant expertise with early- stage companies in search, online media, and emerging e-commerce business models. His work has resulted in the successful architecting of accounting, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence infrastructure, and decision support from the ground up. Before joining Fullscreen, Whit was recruited by Andreessen Horowitz to serve as the CFO of ShoeDazzle, where he built an operations finance support function that used analytics to drive improved operational and financial performance. His efforts helped significantly reduce quarterly run rate cash burn and also ultimately orchestrate the eventual merger of ShoeDazzle with JustFab. Prior to ShoeDazzle, Whit served as the CFO at DailyCandy, Inc., and Swirl, where he built the companys digital media and commerce revenue modeling, reporting, and analytics structure. Whit also served six years at Overture and then Yahoo! (via acquisition), where he served many functions that included oversight of international finance operations, leading U.S. financial planning and analysis efforts and assisting with the formation of an emerging markets strategy. Whit received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and his Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

6 OUR LEADERSHIP SVP, Business / Legal Affairs & General Counsel DAVID HO David Ho serves as senior vice president of business and legal affairs and Fullscreens general counsel. Davids vast expertise in executive legal capacities includes a number of innovative startups and media companies. Prior to joining Fullscreen, David helped build the legal department at Demand Media, where he was a key member of the team that led the company through its successful initial public offering in 2011. Before Demand Media, David held an executive position with FOX in its sports and digital units, where he secured multiplatform licensing rights for some of the most popular programming in the world of sports, including the Barclays Premier League and UEFA Champions League. While at FOX, he was a member of the launch team for Hulu, the online premium video content service. He also handled business affairs for Universal Music Groups digital media lab, working closely with market innovators such as Apple, Amazon, and YouTube to develop new technology platforms for content distribution. David began his career as an attorney at Irell & Manella LLP, where he managed corporate and IP licensing transactions for media, technology, and sports clients. He received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. He is also an adjunct professor at the USC Gould School of Law, where he teaches an innovative course on digital media transactions. 7 OUR LEADERSHIP Head of Sales, Fullscreen & Otter Media Companies KEVIN MCGURN Kevin McGurn is head of sales for Fullscreen and Otter Media companies, including Crunchyroll, SoompiTV, and CreativeBug. He has more than 17 years of media and technology experience with a proven track record for scaling advertising revenue and building world- class teams. Prior to Fullscreen, Kevin was chief revenue officer of Shazam, where he successfully led the companys increased valuation from $100M to one billion dollars. He previously served as senior vice president of sales at Hulu for nearly seven years. As the first sales hire for the NewsCorp / Disney / Comcast NBCUniversal joint venture, he grew the sales team from zero to half a billion dollars in advertising revenue. Before Hulu, Kevin was vice president of sales for >nbbc, an NBCUniversal digital venture in broadband entertainment and advertising. 8 OUR LEADERSHIP General Manager & Head of Integrated Marketing MAUREEN POLO Maureen Polo leads Fullscreens national integrated marketing initiatives as general manager. She joined Fullscreen with a wealth of experience in managing and scaling content marketing strategies for major brands. Prior to Fullscreen, Maureen served as director of business development at Hearst Integrated Media, where she led development of Hearst Connected Content Marketing division. She previously served as director of business development for Hearsts iCrossing and as director of integrated sales and marketing at Cond Nast, where she developed custom content programs and led corporate negotiations. 9 OUR LEADERSHIP Head of Content ASHLEY KAPLAN Ashley Kaplan is Fullscreens head of content. Previously, she was vice president of digital content and strategy for the Magical Elves production company. In this role, Ashley oversaw the development, production, and content partnerships for all media adjacent to the companys television propertiesmost notably the Emmy-winning series Last Chance Kitchen, which ranked as the most viewed web series in Comcast history. Ashley was also responsible for the development and production of various original branded entertainment projects and spearheaded the launch of the Elves Latin programming division. Before joining the Magical Elves, Ashley helped launch Logos digital content department, producing the first online original series for the channel. There she went on to create a vast library of content for the collection of Viacom websites. Previously, Ashley served as a producer at Current TV and as a development executive at Evolution. 10 OUR LEADERSHIP Chief Content Officer MICHAEL GOLDFINE Michael joins Fullscreen from RockStream Studios, a digital media company he founded in 2012, focused on creating and distributing direct to consumer productions, including the successful feature film Camp Takota, starring Hannah Hart, Mamrie Hart and Fullscreens own Grace Helbig. While there, he also produced digital projects with Tim McGraw, Mike Judge, and others, in addition to serving as an executive producer on Kevin Harts theatrical film Let Me Explain. Prior to founding RSS, Michael launched AEG Digital Media, and as president quickly built it into one of the worlds leading digital production and streaming companies. While there, he worked on some of the worlds biggest stages, such as the Grammys, the World Cup, and the Academy Awards, among others. While creating and producing these and other shows, he worked closely with YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as talent like Jay Z, Kanye West, Arcade Fire, and some of YouTubes biggest names. Michaels career began in TV, where he produced and directed reality, music, and sports, as well as narrative programs for Warner Bros. Television, FOX, and FremantleMedia. He also served as head of development and production for AT&T Entertainment, where he oversaw the group responsible for creation, acquisition, and development of multi-platform programming. 11 OUR LEADERSHIP SVP, Fullscreen Strategic Content Studio BILLY PARKS Billy Parks is SVP of Fullscreens strategic content studio, which develops IP and content experiences for brands and emerging platforms. Most recently, he produced SnapperHero for AT&Tthe first episodic show built exclusively for Snapchat. Billy previously served as EVP of digital production and programming for The Chernin Group, where he co-created and executive produced the real-time series @SummerBreak, which was distributed exclusively through social media and set a new standard for branded entertainment. As chief content officer at Judy McGraths Astronauts Wanted, he brought @SummerBreak into a massively successful second season and continued creating acclaimed social entertainment experiences such as Grace Helbig and Mamrie Harts HeyUSA for Cond Nasts platform The Scene. He was profiled in Varietys Reality Impact Report, as well as being chosen as one of Advertising Ages 40 Under 40. Billy began his career producing TV commercials for brands like Chrysler, P&G, NFL, and Microsoft, and music videos with artists including Jay Z, Rihanna, Beyonc, Kanye West, Miley Cyrus, and Prince. 12 OUR LEADERSHIP SVP, Fullscreen Strategic Content Studio BRYAN THOENSEN Bryan Thoensen is SVP of Fullscreens strategic content studio, which develops IP and content experiences for brands and emerging platforms. Previously, from 2011 to 2014, he served as director and head of brand content at Hulu, where he oversaw the creation and distribution of industry-leading branded projects like Chipotles Farmed & Dangerous, The High Road with Mario Batali, and Subways The 4 to 9ers. Bryan, who began his career in investment banking, was a vice president in the brand marketing and digital divisions of The William Morris Agency and WME from 2002 to 2011. [email protected]

13 OUR LEADERSHIP VP, Channel Plus JOHN HOLDRIDGE John Holdridge serves as vice president of Channel Plus at Fullscreen. A digital media veteran with 10 years of web, social, and video experience, he oversees the team that executes strategy and growth for the YouTube channels of Fortune 500 brand and media clients such as NBC, Turner Entertainment, 20th Century Fox, and GE. Prior to Fullscreen, he worked at Universal Music Group and Village Roadshow pictures. John has been awarded two New York Academy of Interactive Arts Awards, one in 2010 and another in 2011. AGUHOB An accomplished entrepreneur and product executive, JJ is chief product officer at Fullscreen, where he is responsible for developing innovative experiences for consumers, creators and brands. Prior to Fullscreen, JJ was CEO and co-founder of Viddy, the Venice, CAbased leader in social mobile creation, discovery, and sharing, and backed by NEA, Khosla Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Battery Ventures, Greycroft Partners, Qualcomm Ventures, and Allen & Co. In just over a year, Viddys community swelled to more than 50 million users and later sold to Fullscreen. Prior to founding Viddy, JJ was the head of digital strategy and creative at Live Nation Entertainment, where he developed direct-to-fan products for major artists; co-founded the first fully licensed, true HD video platform for premium music content on the web; and held product leadership roles at AOL and Xdrive. 15 OUR LEADERSHIP SVP, Talent & Programming BEAU BRYANT Beau Bryant is Fullscreens SVP of talent and programming. Prior to joining Fullscreen, Beau was an agent at WME Entertainment with a focus on digital media, working with clients such as Grace Helbig, The Fine Brothers, Rosanna Pansino, Soul Pancake, and The New York Times. During his time at WME, Beau straddled traditional talent management, film and series packaging and sales, and business development, with a particularly strong focus on the developing on-demand content ecosystem. In 2013, Beau developed the model, packaged, and managed distribution for the indie film Camp Takota, which has since become an industry prototype for influencer-led film releases. 16 OUR LEADERSHIP Head of Communcations MARIA GONIMA Maria Gonima drives Fullscreens communications in support of creators changing the way content is created, distributed and consumed. Prior to Fullscreen, Maria led corporate communications for content at Hulu, where she oversaw public relations strategy for all original and licensed programming across the premium online video platform. As supervisor at entertainment PR firm Bender/Helper Impact, Maria developed and executed trade and consumer-driven campaigns for multi-platform entertainment brands, including FOX Television Studios, Lionsgate, Paramount, Comcast, Current TV, Amazons Audible, Hulu, and Scion of Toyota Motor Sales. Previously, Maria led public relations at mun2, NBCUniversals cable network for Latino youth. An extreme enthusiast of creative culture, Maria began her career in content production, talent buying, event promotion, DJing and indie record label management. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied radio-television-film with a focus on convergent media in the schools Advanced Communication Technology Lab. 17 OUR LEADERSHIP Head of Human Resources SHEAUEN CHUNG Sheauen Chung serves as head of human resources for Fullscreen. Sheauen is PHR certified and has spent eight years leading HR efforts within the online and new media industries. Her experience spans creating programs for recruitment, performance management, training, and benefits, among other responsibilities. Prior to Fullscreen, Sheauen managed HR efforts at CityGrid Media, Auriga Laboratories, and Gorilla Nation. Sheauen received her Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. [email protected]
