9 3 STEPS STEP 1 Apply to San Diego State University between October 1st and March 1st. Apply online at www.csumentor.edu, $55 nonrefundable application fee. STEP 2 Submit Official Transcripts and Test Scores to Graduate Admissions by April 1st. Transcripts: Send official transcripts from all institutions attended to Graduate Admissions. If your transcript is not in English, then you must also send a certified literal English translation of transcripts along with the official original-language transcripts with proof of degree.
